Each player is permitted to hold only one phpak account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.
All phpak bonuses, including the New Year welcome bonus, are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met. Abuse of bonus offers may result in account suspension.
phpak uses certified RNG systems for all games. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or engage in collusion is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of phpak shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
2.1 By accessing or using the phpak Platform in any manner — including browsing the website, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing a wager — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with phpak's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 These Terms apply to all Players regardless of the device or method used to access the phpak Platform, including desktop browsers, the phpak mobile application, and any future access channels.
2.3 phpak reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
2.4 If you are accessing the phpak Platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and that person meets all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account or use any real-money feature of the phpak Platform. This requirement is imposed in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced by phpak. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.
3.2 Jurisdiction. The phpak Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. phpak makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
3.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on phpak:
4.1 To access real-money Games on phpak, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes.
4.2 Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the phpak Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. phpak reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. phpak will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4.4 You must notify phpak immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. phpak may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any reported security concern.
4.5 phpak reserves the right to conduct KYC verification at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any time phpak deems appropriate. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation may result in Account suspension and the withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.
Acceptable KYC documents for Philippine players include, but are not limited to:
5.1 phpak accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO, and Metrobank, as well as any other payment methods listed on the Platform from time to time. Accepted payment methods may change without prior notice.
5.2 All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. phpak does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be reversed and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.
5.3 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated on the Platform. phpak does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
5.4 Deposits are credited to your phpak Account Balance in Philippine Peso (PHP). phpak is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your payment provider.
5.5 phpak uses secure, encrypted payment processing for all transactions. Your payment details are not stored on phpak servers beyond what is required for transaction processing and fraud prevention.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your phpak Account dashboard. phpak aims to process withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours of approval, subject to KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements.
6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise stated on the Platform. phpak does not charge a withdrawal fee for standard transactions, though your payment provider may apply its own fees.
6.3 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, where technically possible. phpak reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
6.4 Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied. Only Real Money Funds that exceed the Wagering Requirement threshold are eligible for withdrawal.
6.5 phpak reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the completion of KYC verification, fraud investigation, or any other compliance review. phpak will notify the Player of any such delay and the reason for it where permitted by law.
6.6 In the event that a Player's Account is found to have been used in violation of these Terms, phpak reserves the right to void any winnings and return only the original deposited amount, less any amounts already withdrawn.
7.1 phpak may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to Players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published on the Platform at the time the promotion is offered.
7.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all phpak promotions:
7.3 phpak reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated betting strategies to exploit bonus terms, or any other conduct that phpak considers to be in bad faith.
8.1 All Games available on the phpak Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each Game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any Game before placing a wager.
8.2 phpak uses independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all slot, bingo, and fishing Games. The RNG ensures that all game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party, including phpak.
8.3 Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all phpak Games are published within the Game information panels. RTP figures represent the theoretical long-term average return and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session.
8.4 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a Game, phpak will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the Game to its correct state. Where this is not possible, phpak reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager amount to the Player's Balance.
8.5 phpak's decision on all Game-related disputes is final, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 16.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phpak Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

10.2 The following responsible gaming tools are available to all phpak Account holders:
10.3 phpak strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction and will not knowingly permit any person under 21 years of age to register or maintain an Account. phpak encourages parents and guardians to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gaming platforms.
10.4 If you believe your gaming is becoming problematic, phpak encourages you to use the self-exclusion tools available in your Account settings and to seek support from appropriate resources. phpak's Responsible Gaming page provides further guidance and support information.
11.1 All content on the phpak Platform, including but not limited to the phpak brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, and audiovisual elements, is the intellectual property of phpak or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phpak Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any phpak content.
11.3 Any unauthorised use of phpak's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phpak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
12.2 phpak's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 phpak does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phpak will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit phpak's liability for death or personal injury caused by phpak's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
13.1 phpak reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if phpak reasonably believes that the Account holder has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
13.2 Upon termination of an Account for cause, phpak reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real Money Funds may be returned to the Player after deducting any amounts owed to phpak, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance review.
13.3 Players may close their Account at any time by contacting phpak support. Upon voluntary Account closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and KYC requirements.
14.1 phpak collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at phpak.com/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
14.2 By registering an Account, you consent to phpak processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of phpak services.
14.3 phpak will not sell your personal data to third parties. phpak may share your data with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or as necessary to provide the phpak service.
15.1 phpak reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phpak will notify Players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address registered to the Player's Account.
15.2 Amended Terms will take effect upon publication on the Platform. Your continued use of the phpak Platform after the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.3.
16.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
16.2 In the event of a dispute between a Player and phpak, the Player should first contact phpak support to seek an informal resolution. phpak will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a written complaint.
16.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
16.4 phpak's decisions on all matters relating to Game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and Account status are final, subject only to the dispute resolution process described in this Section.
